PayPal with Withdrawal through Payoneer Card Required.

Hi

I have Payoneer prepaid card. I need some one to create a PayPal in the same name and arrange to attach that payoneer card to PayPal so that it may be used to withdraw money.

Kindly tell me ur fee to get this task accomplish.

But why dont yo yourself create the Paypal account and add the card?

i think payoneer can't verify paypal for the credit card info

You can't verify anymore with payoneer + withdraw is now only to bank (maybe some countries still have card withdrawl though I doubt it).

First things first, you need to apply for the Global (US) Payment Service from Payoneer, which gives you a VBA, then you need to link that VBA to PayPal, which is more often not possible than possible. Linking the card only - possible or not - won't do a thing.

You might consider getting your money out of PayPal on a different way, such as buying something on eBay and flipping it locally for cash.

You can link & Verify your Payoneer card with paypal . Payoneer has a Mastercard, and to withdraw from Paypal you need a VISA .
But you can't withdraw to your payoneer account because PayPal stopped accepting Virtual Banks acct like payoneer, it's automatically detected & your request will be declined each time .

cant be added for any country, paypal response was, payoneer is unsafe.

Local bank but internationally provide their services like: HSBC,City Bank. If those bank provide Visa/Mastercard , Paypal approve their card? anyone can send there money from paypal to those banks or cards?

This trick works in the past, but it's not valid anymore, I personally used this.
