PayPal ( Turkey / Visa / Limited )

Not sure where to post this anyways

I have an old PayPal account was limited for long time
and my friend has turkey visa card.

I am thinking why not use his card to withdrawal the funds ?
and I just noticed that PayPal ban in turkey

so is it possible to use Turkey visa card to withdraw from Canadian PayPal account ?

Yes Paypal is banned in Turkey, I'm having a client from turkey who is paying me with his friend UK paypal account - Ask any of your friend who is in Canada to help you that would be better

PayPal is pain in the ass for everyone this isn't the first time so I used many from my friends cards
i am think about the websites that offer visa cards it may work not sure which is the best one

Say hello to a song you can 't make me shoot the turkey and turkey sales account did well located prepaid cards because these cards and PayPal does not support them for withdrawals
