Im seeing persons selling paypal stealth accounts and wondering how good or legitimate they are for use.
Can anyone advise me on if those are good to use if your original account got banned or restricted and you want to get a new one?

I replied in your PM. I'd recommend Tim from BuyVCC. He's reliable and I can vouch for him.

Hm. I've had some similar problems. First, you're going to need VPS's and access to VCC's and bank accounts for eBay seller verification. If you are accessing all of these from one computer, create separate user accounts per eBay account. eBay and PayPal heavily check cookies on your computer and they alsos send web beacons to capture IP addresses through email. Always start off slowly, then build your way up to the higher end stuff. For example, on a new stealth account, don't start listing Beats Headphones. That's basically telling eBay to ban you. Just remember not to mix IP's on stealth accounts, build up slowly, and build feedback. eBay is very strict on VeRO items, so if you want to sell high-risk items, it IS possible (I'm doing it right now), but it isn't recommended for beginners. It is a very White Hat business, and if you do want to take the risk for the profit, be sure to take it VERY slowly (1 high risk item every few months) and also be prepared to lose that account immediately in case anything goes wrong.

For withdrawing funds, I just send it to my main PayPal account, then transfer it to my Bank Account. If you got banned on your main IP, then you can just make another bank account and attach it to your stealth account, there should be no problem. eBay has no access to your banking information, other than your routing number and which bank you are using.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I'll also be adding this to your thread so others can see it!

But paypal asks for your social security number? Or is it easier to create a foreign paypal account.
