Hi,

I recently got my Paypal restricted, which I'm using for 4 years now. I have over $1000 in it.

I think the restriction came as I received little more money that I usually do, approximately 50% more this month compared to other months.

I can't still can receive money but can't withdraw.

I have all the documents they asked for but not the supplier receipt. What should I do about it ?

I sell high ticket digital goods, so there's no supplier. What should I provide as a supplier receipt.

Is it a good idea to send a made up one with actual company details ?

If I use any other PP account with my website, is there a chance that would get banned too ? Any workaround needed ?

I don't think they are going to verify the receipt and check it is made up. If you got limited because you received more than a certain amount of money depending on your country you just need to verify your business. I think that if you call them you can get through this process without lots of problems as long as you are legit.

First thing to do is just give them a call. I had an account stuck in verification and they fixed it next day.

Is this a legit account under your real name? If so then tell them the truth... PP does not guarantee digital goods that I know of.

Best Paypal service is by phone. Call them and 99% is solved immediately in my experience.

You can try secondeyesolutions they can make invoices etc to submit to paypal.

Thank you everyone for your kind responses, the issue got resolved & I can again use the same account.

They are not very helpful with account outside USA, they have certain things they can do & would only stick to that.

Wasn't immediate, but it did get solved. Thanks for the advice.

is this your own personal pp or was it created for use, if so what proxies/proxy provider would you recommend?
