Paypal phone verification from 'us' needed.

Hello my fellow blackhater's,
I need to open paypal account from US, my current country is from asia.
I don't need to have a verified paypal account since i don't have a bank account on US.

I only need is Unverified Paypal account with fake credentials, I will use this for sending $400 to my real one.

My private proxies are setup properly and the only messing is 'Phone verification from US'

Guys can you help me with this.?

Just open canadian paypal account.You do not need to verify send and receive money.

So if i use my other canada's Private proxies to register on paypal.
So I don't need to fill-in my phone number to verify my registration?

I am not sure about it that Canadian paypal accounts do not needed to be varifred. If so then it will a great opportunity for many more who would like to do this.

Use skype US number to verify your gaypal.
The sending limit for US account without bank account and without CC is $0.
I hope you do not struck your money in it.

So theirs no point of registration under US? sending limit is $0.
