I've had a message few weeks ago about my paypal's permanent limitation with a pop-up of " You can't use PayPal anymore. "
I have managed to find a PayPal exchanger who can receive the paypal payments as friends and family on my behalf for a fee and then send the money to me in a local currnecy.
However, ever since the paypal ban and I am concerned about my financial situation. I want and I need to get back to accepting PayPal on my own so I came up with this idea ( let me know if there's anything easier ) :
- Buy a new Device ( Phone )
- Use my brother's ID document & address
- Use a new bank card for withdrawals ( spoke to them and told them my old one got stolen and will receive one in a week period of time )
- Buy a new SIM Card
- Never access the new paypal account from any of my old devices to prevent PayPal from recognising me.
I will be accessing PayPal App only through the new phone that I will be purchasing and accept payments on that account.
Please let me know if this is what it would take to get back on to PayPal.
