I've had a message few weeks ago about my paypal's permanent limitation with a pop-up of " You can't use PayPal anymore. "

I have managed to find a PayPal exchanger who can receive the paypal payments as friends and family on my behalf for a fee and then send the money to me in a local currnecy.

However, ever since the paypal ban and I am concerned about my financial situation. I want and I need to get back to accepting PayPal on my own so I came up with this idea ( let me know if there's anything easier ) :

- Buy a new Device ( Phone )
- Use my brother's ID document & address
- Use a new bank card for withdrawals ( spoke to them and told them my old one got stolen and will receive one in a week period of time )
- Buy a new SIM Card
- Never access the new paypal account from any of my old devices to prevent PayPal from recognising me.

I will be accessing PayPal App only through the new phone that I will be purchasing and accept payments on that account.

Please let me know if this is what it would take to get back on to PayPal.

I got permanent ban and registered then another and with some ways they detected me and banned again.
You can try to get your friends paypal and use absolutely different device without any caches and with incognito. then you will be able to use it.
but from start they will hold your cash for 21 days.

@OmarM and as much as possible, you use a new or different IP Address. Everything you mentioned is in order. You're good :)

Hello folks @salamat & @EduardsMarketing

Thank you for the response. I have in deed managed to buy a new device phone, got a new bank card, linked and verified completely. I already having my brother's documents once they require them. I have the account name on my brother's, address is also prepared as I have last month's utility bill. Regarding IP address, I have bought a different SIM card and even though I am still at home, I am using Mobile Data which makes me access internet. Since it's a new SIM, from a different company as well, I don't think they can detect me.

Didn't receive payments yet on the account but if they hold the money for 21 days that's fine.

Hope it works!

Don't receive too many payments in your 3 months, and you should be good.

Hi, I am in a similar situation, my PayPal also got banned today. Maybe we can share some experiences throughout our journey, I am willing to test some different approaches. Currently, I also got some backup data ready for a second account, similar to your approach. But it will only be a matter of time until this account will be banned as well, so I am looking for something that is better scalable in the long run.

One thing I was wondering, will you still use the same online shop/domain with the fresh account?
