You gotta hit it -n- quit it with Gaypal..

They'll hold your money every time. Consider it money in the bank, that THEY collect interest on... come back in 180 days and request a check... thats all you can do... even if you submitted all that info, and Volunteered for a DNA test... they're still keeping your money for 180... next time don't use Gaypal.

PayPal sucks. Just phone them up and see what they could do. With all the requests they gave you, you're probably fucked.

Very minimal disputes. Maybe two a month which I resolve quickly.

Don't you need good credit for 2checkout? I remember someone telling me they are pretty strict when it comes to that.
