Hello BHW Team ,
i have a paypal limited today and paypal ask me for more info , the request is provide more info about your business.
Is there anyone can give some suggestion
i sell digital products

Just contact them and tell them more about your business + send them some screenshots of you emailing your customers with their digital products delivery and show them that you dispatch orders and everyone is happy
 
What type of info they asked?
Is it a Stealth account or your own real account?
 
You are good to go if you are willing to give all of your information in order to access your money.
If you committed something more against TOS, rip money.

Yes, my suggestion is that you need to overcome shyness. Once you have overcomed shyness, then just go ahead and provide Paypal what they are asking, which is, more info about your business.
Or, if it is not shyness, then what is stopping you from providing Paypal more info about your business ? Is it your neighbour's cat or your neighbour's dog or neighbour's fish that is stopping you ? If so, then do not bother about any of your neighbour's pets and just boldly go ahead and provide Paypal more info about your business !!! AS SIMPLE AS "ABC" !!!
OR, WAIT !!! Is your question a half-baked question ?
 
Look for alternative payment processing solutions. Paypal is gong to be a constant headache.

paypal sucsk moves to another payment processor mate , it would be better bro .
 
Chat with them on FB Messenger directly.
And explain your problem.
Ask nicely and provide all the docs or papers.

Tell about your business.
If they unlock you then transfer money and never use the PayPal again.

Just explain your customers that there are endless problems with PayPal and it ruins the business.

Explain them how to buy crypto or use other payment methods.

Also avoid Stripe.
Stripe is PayPal, so they lock your money also
 
As you mention you provide digital service. So keep some data about your business and gather them. Then write an application what you provide on your service. Paypal read it and approve it within 2/4 day's.
