PayPal is Not Support in My Country But I have Payoneer US PAYMENT Method Which Give ME "US Bank Account".
Many People Using This Service Withdrawal Money From PayPal To Payoneer Master Debit Card ..
I Successfully Verify My PayPal and Using My debit Card When I add My Bank Account Which Payoneer Give Me, Its Show An Error Unable to Add bank Account Please Try Later
I Call The Support TEAM And They said Your Account in Great Condition. Try To add bank Account in Your Home Country.
As I mention PayPal is Not Supported In My Country I'm From Pakistan. After few Hours Later I logged in to My PayPal Account And See Message "LIMITED ACCESS"
Kindly Provide me Some Solution.

Can I Call The PayPal Again And Tell The Whole Story ?

Call and ask them why it got limited in the first place. Don't say you have a stealth account in a country where you have never set your foot on.

I believe customer support are trained with mis-information. But they keys they hit after/during the call triggers things. I have worked for corporations and found myself as the dork in the middle. Not fun.
