paypal limitation ?180 days ????

Hi . I have been working in eBay for a year, and paypal asked me for a duc . invoices, supplier information and information about my work. I sent them all this knowing that I was drobshipping.
After 5 days my PayPal account has been permanently closed, is there a way to communicate with them and reset the account or find a solution for this ?? Because I communicated with them and did not give me any information.
I hope someone who has suffered from such a problem can help me to solve it. I did not find a solution .
if have there are alternative solutions, because I was about to start in Shopfy.

I had some issues a year back. Try to call the support and talk to them. It took a month to fix the issue. But they finally released my account after submitting all the docs required.
 
Have you tried calling them on their toll-free number. Their support there is most likely shitty as you need to wait like an hour to get to talk with an operator, however if the amount is big it's worth trying.

Yes, they have "call us as guest" option in contact us page. It shows the instruction to contact. Try this out.
 
I've had this happen before and got it resolved after a couple weeks or so after giving Paypal everything they asked for.

this usually means they want to know how you're getting money.
 
Happened once to me also.
They released my funds after 180 days.

But my PayPal account was pernamently banned from PayPal.
So I created another account with same information and added new bank account and my PayPal account is still working fine now.
 
Good luck with PayPal customer support, never had any luck with them!
