You should use the account from originating place where the account was made and you should NOT try for atleast 3 days.

The security system paypal uses is a complex security system and will/might limit your account and ask for documentation if you keep pushing it trying to get it to work but it won't work.
Leaving it for 3 days will remove all the red flags and will surely let it be gone as a normal transaction but make sure you don't use different ip's. Using VPN's will also cause issues.
