This was 1% before one week.

They have increased it to 3%.

i think this applies to only a few countries. I am still able to withdraw for free. The day they ask 3 percent fee , i ain't using paypal

oh crap that's weird. Sorry, i was referring to the Standard Transfer which is usually FREE.
Is your account Business? or Personal? But i don't think that will matter.
