Ya, but some people in askpin forums are saying (even into the guide there) that people MUST use a diff Windows acc + do NOT clear the cookies + flash cookies, just using a Portable Firefox/Chrome. Why not deleting them? Because eB will trigger that someone else is logging into that account, sth that is suspecious and might directly limit the acc or ask to provide proofs in order to be limited.

Clearing the cookies everytime is not a way, but using for example: 5 Winaccs + 5 x dedicated private proxy (from where? private VPNs from small companies should be more secure or?) + 5 x Portable Firefox/Chrome instances (installed in different folders ofc) should be fine. So every winacc will have own cookies (flash + browser cookies), own IP, etc.

First I would try calling them, they are very easy to get hold of. If that doesnt work just get a friend or family member to create an account for you.

my opinion the safest way is to get a VPS and create a new account

I don't erase cookies I just start another windows user account, or erase user accounts and put them back with the same name, no more cookies or anything that would log erasing cookies, I don't know much about it just that it works that's is why I do it

^ Correct! Do not erase cookies that seems unnatural. Instead open a new Windows/Mac user account and leave them.
Looks organic and PayPal loves it!
