Hey friends, i need help, i had create a paypal account, i verified it, i want to use it on my website, i just want to ask that, whether if i want to receive an international payments, shall i had to connect my card or bank with it....????

You need to add bank account/ credit card no matter what. Otherwise you will not be able to withdraw money from it.

You can receive money in your Paypal account even if you don't add a card. But you can't withdraw the money unless you add a card.

thats the problem bro, i want to receive a payment from an us guy, but i can't what to do....????

You give the guy your Paypal email.

Guy logs into his Paypal, goes to send money, sends you money using the email you gave him.

Poof, done.

What's the problem?

Think as paypal as an online pocket.

From there you have several possibilities : - to withdrawn the money to a real offline bank account [ has to have the same name as your pp account ]
- send them to another paypal account
- pay online

Yeap, you'll need to add a card or a bank account, if you would like the PP account to be fully activated, and to be able to withdraw the funds from your account thereafter. You can in fact withdraw your funds to your debit card as well, and it's similar to adding money to your bank.
Threre no worry about privacy, it's more like giving data to your bank. PP has a proven track record when it comes to safeguarding your privacy, and I'm pretty sure they do millions of transactions per day.
