PayPal Estabilished Seller – When?

Hi,

I need to prepare my PayPal account for selling. To remove 21 days hold I am going to make a few fake sales. To do it my friend will buy digital service from me via his PayPal account. Next I will wait 60+ days to obtain PayPal estabilished seller level.

I found that I need to complete all 3 requirements:

1. Complete 5 transactions without any buyer disputes, claims, or returns.

2. Receive $100.00 in payments for goods and services.

3. Be a seller, receiving payments with PayPal, for at least 60 days, from the date you receive your first payment.

But this information was posted on 2015. Is it actual? Can anyone confirm which requirements are to obtain estabilished seller?

Your account has to be in good standing for 4 months from the date you received your first goods & service payment on PayPal. They changed it. I received an email "You're now an established seller" after 4 months on 7 different PayPal accounts.

That actually means nothing. They will still hold your funds or close your account whenever they want.

all these stipulation seems non related....looking forward to seiing more about it...
