what is this than
money will be held by your bank until you verify you account, or contact paypal to cancel the withdraw

I can see you r from india and as per RBI rules payment in India gets auto transferred to ur bank even if u dont request . Solution is get ur account confirmed.

You can withdraw up to 500$/month into an unconfirmed bank acc, to increase limit you need to confirm.

Eight months back, I cashed out more than 300$ from my unconfirmed Paypal Acc, may be they changed their policy now.

Vasin. Now hold and breathe and listen carefully. You wont get your money until you confirm your account. Story is over. Dont ask any more questions - thats it - you wont get until you confirm. You keep repeating asking this after each answer, so listen, you wont. Paypal shows the message that you "requested to transfer funds" - that dont means that they will be transferred. They will be declined after a week or so until you confirm your account. Story is over, dont ask this again - because answer was given for you. Have a nice day
