Hi everyone,

So yeah the usual. Had 2 PayPal accounts, 1 personal, 1 business and after placing a hold on my accounts, they noticed that I had a second personal (3 total now). I made the account when I was like 16 to buy something stupid on ebay, I forgot the account even existed since it was opened with an email I don't even use anymore.

So, as per usual policy, PayPal gave me the middle finger.

Anyways, I started a new company that has my name and my father as partners. I live with my parents, so the company address is still our home address. I'm wondering if there will be any issues if I open the account under that business name and use my dads name for the CC. Since we both have access to the account, his name would pass for the card and my name is on another card as well.

Would the address give me away though? What about my ip?

Does anyone think I should ask them personally if my dad can use his account on my site? I don't mean to sound rude or anything but my dad has maintained multiple businesses for over 20 years and is somewhat well off. I'm wondering if that could give me some cred at least since the ban was ridiculous from the start.

if that is business account send mail to paypal and they will ask for some document. Make document and that account will unlock.

Hey, not sure what you mean by document. Which documents?

No don't use a P.O Box, they frown upon that, search in google for mail forwarding addresses in your country. you'll soon see what i mean, what you get it s proper address just like mine or yours, but all mail is then forwarded onto your own address. Ip address, what internet you have, static? cable? could you not reset your modem or router and change your ip address, so are able to. if not try changing your ip address through a elite proxy service, but must remember to log in only with that ip address and not your own.

We have a dynamic ip address. Not really sure how to change it, but I guess I would make it static and change it permanently. I'll google how to do that when I get a chance.

I guess I can try and see if they will hear my appeal too then because if they say no, I can just go around it and open an account this way.

Hi,

Late response, I was in another Country for close to 3 weeks and I just landed yesterday.

So If my ISP uses dynamic IP address, does that mean I probably don't have to change anything?

It should not be a problem if all of the accounts credentials is in your Fathers name.
The IP Address in this case does not matter because your Internet Service Provider
only provides one IP Address for your home. And your father clearly has the right to
have his own PayPal account. PayPal does not know you actually have access to the account.
