Paypal Available Space Problem

my paypal account has been limited, i submitted my documents and they approved last time, Now paypal required a copy of "Utility Bill"

but problem is there have available space: 2.07 kb :(

how may i submit "Utility Bill" ? anyone have that solution?

I heard same issue with paypal, Account got limited.... Asked me to upload int passprt which I did... Next I was asked to upload Utility Bill... and was provided with where to upload the bill.

They are bunch of day scammers :)

i submitted my passport and bank statement, thats why fulfill available space, anyway to sent to support team my Utility Bill?
 
You can send anythink to them as a attachment thu email ,just explain why your sending it in the email ,and your id , you can even phone them and confirm they got it.

i did but they are did not resolve my problem, even not a reply my email. :(
 
Very strange phone them .

Why this all happen was it a new account , was a transaction redeemed why they picking on you very weired

its was new account, and recieved one payment only
 
maybe you can try to upload your utility bill to a cloud service like google drive and then send them the link to your file.
However, I personnaly think they won't re open your account, better to make a new one

i did sent lightshot link, you are right, better i have to create new account

Creating a new acct will make things worse. If this is a legit account, then have some patience and send them everything they ask for.

If you create a new account, them moment you try to withdraw it will be flagged if the bank info is the same as the other.

how may i upload that? thats my legit accounts, i sent my passport copy and bank statent copy thats why all available space fulfill, and they were not a reply my email. :(

Call support. It's the only way your going to get help. Tell them your file is too large to upload via the web interface and you need to email it to him or fax it to him. Don't wait for them to reply to a support email, call.

How long has it been?

On the support ticket, add the information that you are trying to upload but space is limited. Ask them for a alternative way.

If this account is legit and you open another one, it'll raise even more flags.

Delete the other documents you have submitted. Optimize the scans. Reupload them. Now you won't have any problems with space.

over a month, i used email as a alternative way but they were didn't reply, i will call to paypal support again. thank you so much bro :)
