    Hi guys,

My PayPal account was recently freezed when I made a purchase on eBay from a friend's house, as I was at my friend's house, my IP address was not the regular IP address I usually sign in from which caused PayPal to believe this was an unauthorized payment. Now I live in Pakistan and my brother lives in the United Kingdom. I have my own debit card on his bank account which is of course based in United Kingdom. I have been using PayPal for over an year or so now and I had my brother's address listed on my PayPal account but as you can see recently my account got locked and now PayPal's asking me to provide them proof of address and photo identification. I have no problem doing but the thing is as I'm in Pakistan and not UK, what should I do now? My brother has his own PayPal account so I'm assuming he can't submit his documents for my account as they'll then limit or suspend his account. Can someone please advice me on what to do? I currently have £100 stuck in this account due to the above mentioned eBay scenario. If PayPal will accept my brother's photo ID and proof of address, I'm more than happy to submit that to PayPal.

Also, I would like to add that I have used this account to make a lot of purchases and receive payments as well without a single problem. Also, my debit card address is also verified by PayPal and it's the same address as my PayPal address.
