If you're using botted traffic with your Adsense then I suggest you to stop right now.
You will get your account banned easily.

Do some googling about it you will find many people get their Adsense account banned.
This isn't a unique method.
Botting traffic using hitleaps etc and trying to make money off pay per impression has been probably thought out by many people before.
Google is not stupid. Period.

Your best bet would be to search for networks that accept bot/junk traffic.
They pay really less for it though.

Nice bro. Where are u from in Pakistan. I'm also Pakistani, it's really hard to get PayPal account here. I finally got a working PayPal account from the marketplace. Take a look there

gov't rules & policies, tax related issues that's why paypal strictly not allowing certain countries to use their business for online transaction, this means also that you cannot use this legitimately, so you need stealth accounts for sending and receiving money, therefore, you can sell or exchange this to another payment system where/in you can withdraw money.

Payoneer is the best option for Adsense, it gives you different swift and bics from some countries(like Germany, UK, USA, Japan). You can withdraw money to all of them but your adsense must be located in those countries.
