I am facing a lot of problems related to the registration of my PayPal account. The problems are that I can't create it from anywhere. Actually I am from Pakistan and no option of Pakistan is present while selecting a country and I just can't select any other country because I don't have any information about that specific country. I am also afraid if I will create an account by some other (illegal) means then I might not get the instructions sent to that particular address or phone number. I am fed up of that . If anyone can help me please don't step back please be generous and show generosity. Thanks for giving my post a little time. And please do help me because I am new at it.

If you only plan on receiving money and then instantly spending them and not keeping them in your account, stealth accounts can work.
Because when they get locked you won't have any money to lose.

However if you plan on keeping your money in Paypal then that means you won't have a legit way of directly withdrawing it to your bank account since paypal won't accept your real debit card or bank account, there would be no way of withdrawing money directly to your bank account.

I use Paypal, I use Payoneer for various reasons.
One of them being to get paid by people/company for the work I do.
