PayPal Account in UAE for Non-Allowed countries

Hi all,

I have recently seen a real working PayPal account created in UAE for a guy who lives in a country where PP is only half-way supported. This means that in this country you can only link your card and make outbound payments but you cannot receive payments and withdraw money.

I couldn't make out a lot of details about how it was done but there was a Dubai address and phone number on the account for sure. The guy had linked his card from his local bank and was transferring money from his PayPal account to his card with a $5 transaction charge. He was selling stuff on envato markets and getting paid through this PP account.

Making money online from countries where PP does not support receiving and withdrawing is a pain in the ass.

If anyone knows how this is done please post a reply here. Know that it will help a lot for some good folks out there just trying to make a living.
