Paypal, a platform for chargeback scammers . Any help?

Does anyone have experience with 2Checkout? Is it better merchant than Paypal?

No that isn't possible, don't know about US residents, but in Europe that is big no, no. They cannot do nothing about it. They cannot charge your credit card in any way.

You have to accept that a certain percentage of your customers are not going to like your product and you should already have a money back guarantee in place to take care of that.
Protect your reputation first as an honest company and people will do business with you over and over again. There is always a cost for doing business. Factor in that cost.

Although I lost my PayPal account but transacting with paypal invoices and specifying terms of service & refunds did help me few times to win over disputes created by scammers.

-$2000 here in 2017, since that time I was trying to use many service and only crypto/bank transfer are working.
Paypal destroyed my mind, I sent them documentation, IPs of customer, whole conversation, screenshots - customer win.
Not paid this cash to paypal, they sent debt agency, so I have invited them to court. They resigned.



PayPal - scams easy to do
Transferwise - they fckin chargeback Transferwise and Transferwise closed my account with "virtual debt"
Revolut - closed for receiving swift from Iraq, they confiscated money xD
Payoneer - also had consumer from Iraq or Iran, who knows, they blocked 3rd party personal transfers
Stripe - still have it, but not receiving payments, especialy from BHW, few chargebacks received in 2019 and they warned me

The best are chargebacks 10 minutes after purchase - really?


Only crypto and wire transfer for BHW transactions!
Loosing a lot of customers, but I can sleep well. You can always teach your customers to use crypto.
Anyway, customers are telling "crypto is banned in my country", hah. There is Binance in India! There are options for Iraq, Pakistan and countries like that. So always need to educate them.

If customer have serious issue with crypto. I have solution for him.
Barter! You buy me some service, I give you my service. You can chargeback 3rd party, not me.

I also met your case, it's the line between scammer, buyer and seller. So I use crypto or payoneer for my service

You request payment with payoneer? Does payoneer approve what you sell?

Creating invoices did not help me much. I had specified in the invoice clearly that no refunds will be acceptable. The scammer charged back through his card issuer, and PP couldn't do anything about it. No more PP for me.

That's the problem with paypal son of a bitch, there's simply no way to be clean with them. You may think you're following the rules and you're good and you're not breaking any terms of service, but you can never know. And every day is a day where you will potentially get the email that you've been permanently suspended.

There's just no way to use paypal son of a bitch and sleep easy.

Indeed they are the most retard payment processor out there, they favor buyers with buyer friendly policy so they are more popular & cannot be avoided. I had some success with invoices so assumed that they may work better. Long story short I eventually lost my paypal due to disputes and charge backs.

You summarized everything about paypal in your title, except that paypal are themselves scammers.

You either have to use PayPal and accept all of their terms and rules along with any consequences, or you have to use some other payment processor which may have yet different rules you don't want to deal with. Choose your P.I.T.A and try to live the best you can with it.

2checkout has paypal in built in their payment gateway. So, you won't likely see any much difference

I have no experience with Western Union.

I'm thought about using Payoneer for website development, but their system (unless I'm missing something) is not customer service friendly.

I've opened at least three trouble tickets to see how they would respond and, NADA! They never answered. Granted, I have gotten paid by them but it seems if there is an issue, they may invisible, IMHO.

You might want to see if it is possible if you can open a USA online bank account.

Use 2CO,they have inbuilt paypal and they protect paypal disputes very well. Paypal doesn't messes up with 2CO. Cheers

Yeah this is a known issue with them.

I remember reading somewhere that a web designer had placed some code on her client's site that would automatically reduce the opacity of the site contents slowly. This way, if the client made a chargeback against her, the site would just slowly 'fade away'.

I have same case and they refund 700 usd right away.
Now waiting for paypal legal action on me as I have negative balance.
so I got scammed and ll have to face the humiliation.

most of them use cpanel which offer daily backup and one click restore of website. later they can pay 10 usd to get rid of the faulty code
