Payoneer & Taxes

Sorry to bump old thread but i have one question about Payoneer and i hope some of you who also use it can answer me. I live outside EU but i use Payoneer's global payment service that gives me some virtual bank account in Germany to receive payments from EU clients. I get payments on this account and everything works ok. I use it mainly to avoid paying taxes in my own country because the system is very complicated and taxes are very high, but i wonder do we have to pay any tax to Germany since we receive payments on bank account that is in Germany. How is this working?

You don't need to pay any taxes to Germany. Chill off!

Payoneer doesn't have any obligation to report their users to foreign tax authorities, but if they're asked, i guess they hand over the data.
That is the best answer and it concerns PayPal and all financial institutions (in EU) except banks.
Example, if you own a bank account in France and live in Germany, your french bank will send a statement with all your revenues to the German tax authority one time per year (not on request..but proactively).
But, Paypal/Payoneer will not proactively do it but will comply if tax authorities are asking (both companies are based in EU and have licenses to operate...so trust me, they will not lose your licenses to cover you)

I didn't read all the replies here but I can say one thing: as long as you're not withdrawing the money to your bank account, you should be safe. I have an eastern european client who uses PayPal and Payoneer as digital wallets to pay for services and he doesn't have to pay tax.

He still has to pay taxes it doesn't matter if its in paypal, payoneer or a bank account.

When their headquarter was based in Gibraltar, a place where they don't share financial informations with other countries, there were no risk they give your details to your country's gov. But now after the Brexit they moved everything to EU in Ireland so it's not the same anymore (ie your money isn't as hidden as it was before)
