So my card will expire in january and they ask now more information to verify myself. Without this they won't send the new card.
The problem is that in one hand I have to keep my national id and in my other hand a piece of papper with the daily date.
How the fuck can i make a photo without hands?
They ask this just from me or from everyone?

I donno but I've seen more and more posts out there about crypto exchanges demanding identifications and blocking accounts, perhaps related.

I was asked to verify details yesterday, but nothing about a SELFIE with document + paper. Just a utility bill.

You can ask someone to take the picture for you. You know, like good ol' days

Why don't you use a selftimer?

yes... I already uploaded my bank account statement and idcard few weeks ago...but how can i make a selfie withot hands...?

They did the same to me i send them id card and now im waiting for the card to arrive it says here its shipped.So i guess they do it on everyone now

I'm pretty sure, it's standard procedure now.

Fulfilling this request doesn't seem to be an impossible mission until other humans are roaming the surface of the Earth. But if you don't want to ask anyone, use the timer or a selfie stick.
