Go to help option and join with live chat to asked them. Otherwise you have no other effective option

So, was the issue resolved? In the future, just withdraw your money to your local bank account as soon as you receive it.

still no reply they asked for ID and a photograph of me holding the id and i aint heard anything from them since wednesday ...

Payoneer is famous for taking their sweet time answering support emails i have waited weeks sometimes for a response by the time they responded i forgot about it

i will phone them on monday and will continue to do so till they get fucking annoyed lol
 
Hi All, hope you are well.

I have contacted the Payoneer for over a month now and still this balance blocked issue is not resolved yet. Any ideas on how long this issue can take? Or is Payoneer stealing our money?
