Got my first block after 3 months when i was transferring money between my paypal and payoneer , money was alittle big just explained and provided screenshots and details and they unblocked me , never had an issue with them afterwards

I have contacted the Payoneer for over a month now and still this balance blocked issue is not resolved yet. Any ideas on how long this issue can take? Or is Payoneer stealing our money?
