2checkout, but since 3 years it required you made already minimum of 15 orders.
Mollie, just knew about it today.
Both of them have PayPal integrated.

Ah, I forgot, Amazon pay, it have a great advantage of trust when you show that you accept it on your store.
I don't know if it has a wordpress plugin, though.
I used it with Shopify.

Sorry Amazon pay and Stripe needs to be from USA but you can go with the route of getting a US LLC or corporation with tax number and play with them, it's easy but requires $200, it can be used with unlimited number of stores, just get a generic name.
