Does anyone know of a good payment gateway that is easy to get without Stripe or PayPal for dropshipping? I can't use those two because stripe banned me for 1.5% of the dispute rate, and PayPal is very rigorous.

Try to reduce chargeback rate 'cause at 1.5, that vill be expensive. Some people create small transactions using VCC card to reduce chargeback rate.

Hotmart is fairly new has PayPal and Credit card options even when you don't have PayPal.
 
Payment Gateway is not your problem, its your dispute rate. 1.5% is outrageous. If you can't fix it, no payment gateway will work with you.
