Paying to Recover disabled Instagram

I am looking for someone who can recover a banned instagram account. If you can do so please inbox me, as I am new to this website. Have at least 1 reference or I will not pay before the procedure.

It's easy to fake a reference so be careful there. Stuff like this is always setting yourself up to be scammed. I posted about this a while back, but ended up just recovering it myself. What was the reason for the ban?
