Paying for Reddit upvote bot development

We need a Reddit upvoting bot built with Python or JS, that is able to send successfully minimum 12 upvotes per minute, avoiding Reddit detection for vote manipulation. We are ready to supply the bot with high speed residential proxies, Reddit accounts and if needed captcha solving API. To avoid Reddit detection the bot must do random / human-like interactions such as browsing popular subreddits, upvoting / downvoting random posts during idle time. Random sleep time might also be needed when bots are idle to prevent 24/7 activity which can look like bot behavior. We will use external service to prevent browser fingerprinting such as Kameleo where you will be provided Selenium Stealth WebDriver for interacting with the browser. No GUI is needed, we are looking to control it via web-ui which can be really barebones solution, nothing fancy looking as it will be for internal use only.
