Pay with PayPal using an Entropay VCC, without a PayPal account

(I wasn't sure about the section in which to put this thread, so feel free to move it to the right one)

I know this question might have been asked before, and I tried searching for an answer but most of what I found was either old or inaccurate.

So here's my quick question: Can I use an Entropay VCC to pay for a Fiverr gig using PayPal but without creating an account? In other words, I want to use the option "pay with credit card" on PayPal and use my Entropay VCC.
Will this work normally?

Also, should I choose the US as my country of residence on Entropay? (My actual country is not supported by PayPal)

When you create an Entropay account, they will require you to verify your details. So, you cannt just use US for your entropay account, nor can u use a proxy (you can, but, they will find out and require verification). Also, if you have already an entropay account and card, you can use it to pay with PP, however, you will have hard times to verify a PP account with entropay CC. Sometimes, your account gets limited.

I have tried that work-around without much success...wasn't worth the effort..
