Pay Per Call

Okay everyone, complete IM noob here. I have been researching, reading, and absorbing lots of information lately. Pay per call can not be as easy as post craigslist ad with number from offer, and watch money roll in, can it? I have to be missing something, probably something simple. Thanks for everyones help, I really appreciate it.

dont know about your method, but i know offerfault provides pay per call.
