Pay for Mobile App Downloads

I have an app on both IOS/Android and need someone who can get me massive downloads. Like thousands if possible.
The app is on the marketplace for $0.99 and for every sale I want to work out a certain commission per unit. I AM DESPERATE AND AM REALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP!

I`ve read other post, can't really find anything for me.
However you want to drive downloads, I don't care, as long as you do with no BS (real IPs, etc)!

Doubt you would find such a thing, if it would exist we would all be banking right now. Just imagine you pay let's say 0.80$ to get a ''conversion'' of 0.99$. 19 cents profit each time, invest a couple of thousands of bucks = $$$. Too easy, too good to be true.
