i agree to disagree and for sure - you seem to have missed my point totally. i was thinking about that its the Devil that is the father of all lies and that temptations must come - but woe to the man who they comes trough! and also, for sure that there's a great trap in the desires to get rich. it says so in the holy bible, Gods Inspired Word.

i live in Sweden. but im not safe from those kind of people here either. i have been homeless several times, they took my beloved animals and put me in a psych ward at the same time. guess what the cops told me before they took me there? "we are on a mission from God"... and the consultant/high doc or whatever you call the one in highest office at the "hospitals" at your place, told me during my first trip to psych ward in 2013 - that "people like you , who talks about God - shouldnt walk around free in the streets of Sweden" - and that was a foreigner! so silly.
Yea, for sure, man! But hey, emotions make people take action. Nothing wrong with that unless you make people take the wrong action or actions that could potentially hurt them.

Ok guys, so lately I've been working in a very blackhat project of mine that is currently making me around $1k a week in profit. I will try to take it to around $4k a week and save a lot of it by June.
I plan on saving a lot of this money and squeeze it for as long as I can so I can invest in a site to later sell it for 7 figures in 1-3 years.
I think this blackhat project my last 1 year or less, but probably more than 6 months, so I have plenty of time to make the most out of it in the meantime.
Now, I also plan on starting a site in the coming weeks about a niche that is sellable to the competition directly.
I believe that if I build a site that is in a competitive niche with very big players, I can later sell it for big bucks to the competition.
Like, I could build a kitchen site and later sell it to major players in the kitchen industry, players like big brands, or even something like weight loss companies that would be interested in a big asset.
I could also try to sell it in marketplaces like @empireflippers or FE International from @meathead1234 , but I think that if I truly want to get the biggest buck, I would have to sell it to someone that is already in the same niche and would benefit a lot more than a regular buyer of such sites.
So, the plan for the coming few weeks is going to search for the niche I have in mind, how I will monetize it, how I will grow it, rank it and how I will be able to grow it to later sell it for 7 figures.
In the past, I have sold sites for 4-5 figures, and the real difference between selling a site for 5 figures and selling a site for 7 figures, is the monthly PROFIT. That's it. Increasing PROFIT will take you to the next level. And to increase PROFIT, you will have to take A LOT of more action.
It's hard work selling sites for 5 figures, so reaching 7 or even 8 figures, will require a bigger strategy and a lot more EXECUTION.
Let's take MASSIVE action and THRIVE!!
I will update with regards to niche, how I plan everything and once I have everything figured out, I will start executing.
Also, in the planning stage, it's not only about what you want to do, but what others are doing. Heck, something in the weight loss niche might also work in the finance industry. It's all about looking at what businesses/people do and apply it on your own ways.

This month I expect to make around $3k with this and increase it to $6k next month.
I will continue exploiting this as much as I can to have a nice budget and go forward with my site.
I expect this method to work at least this year, but it may require a few adjustments in a few months due to some changes coming up, which, unfortunately, are out of my hand.
So, by June I should have a nice pile of cash in order to rank this site really good and sell it by next year

Ok, guys, so it seems my blackhat method requires a lot more patience than anticipated, and that's ok!
At first, I could do it REALLY fast, and it worked. But last few attempts were denied (could've been +$1800 :/ ), so I think they are starting to wise up so I will need more patience and stay UNDER THE RADAR.
I have to look like the cat next door. No need to stand out in any way. Act like the joe next door and keep ongoing.
The good thing is that I know there are really few people making this, so that's quite an advantage and I know it can last as long as I KEEP UNDER THE RADAR. That's the motto for all blackhat activities.
So, in the meanwhile, while I WAIT, I will go and focus on my site and actually make it happen WHILE I am patient with this blackhat method.
I will start looking at niches, what people are doing, how they are promoting everything etc etc. I plan on looking at competition and based on that, make a plan and execute it.
I plan on ranking this site in Google, make bank, then sell the site for 6 figures.
Let's make some math.
So, for a site to give me, say 200k after the broker's fee, the site would need to be making around $10k in monthly profit and a multiplier of 25x. So, that it's 250k sale and I get around $200k in the bank after all brokers, banks and escrow fees.
Now, 10k monthly is roughly $335 daily and say I get an average commission of $10, that's only 34 sales daily.
34 sales daily at 0.5% conversion rate (taking the lower end conversion rate), it's just 6800 daily unique visitors that click the aff link.
I once had a site that was getting more than 14k (between 14k and 17k) daily unique visitors, so 6800 daily visitors is really low, and say conversion rate is 1%, we would only need 3400 daily unique visitors.
I didn't take proper care of the site, so it ended up losing rankings and because I tried to sell it here in bhw, some asshole took it down of serps through spam.
The above site made me around 60k, but couldn't sell it.
So, anyway, let's get to work and get it going again!
