Thanks for the inspiration man. Followed your journey since the first thread $0-$10,000. A few questions if you don't mind:
-In your first journey, you repeatedly tried to submit your site to Adsense to no avail. Why are you so bent on getting accepted by them? Heard they pay peanuts now and there are more high-paying ad networks out there. Any reason why? Maybe because your niche is best works with Adsense?
-For your first site (finance niche), are you mostly getting traffic from the paid one? Not the the organic ones? Seem like your traffic was low but has high conversion it seems (at least from my observation)
-What happened to it? Do you plan on to sell it?
-I'm planing to make a website myself but kinda afraid because of competition. But based on your experience, which one is more better - working in a tough n competitive niche you're passionate with or working on a low competition niche you don't really understand?
I'm planing to target my site to earn a nice $20-40 per day through ads and CPA and affiliates but then keep it as my main source of income as I invest some of the funds to another projects. It won't happen anytime soon though, since I'm still trying to gather capitals and what -not.

Well, I was doing a site in a very high cpc site, so generic media sites would actually pay me way less than adsense. Like, on lawyers industry, adsense would pay a lot higher than most media/display networks out there.
Yea I was doing paid traffic, but it wasn't profitable so I left it and took another approach on it. It depended on getting accepted on adsense which I never did, so I've been thinking of buying an adsense account and try again.
I was never accepted by adsense, so I may try again in the future.
Well, I would go fight a fight that you can win. It depends on your skills, your knowledge and obviously, your resources. Like, if you knew how to rank and had no money, I would go after not so competitive niches and rank in them. Whereas, if I had skills AND money, I would go after a tough niche. And if you have NO skill, but money, you pay someone to teach you or do it for you. And if you even dont have money (and obv no skills), I would get a job, earn money and LEARN while I save from my slave job.
Choose your approach, make a plan and EXECUTE.

I've sold shady sites with shady brokers at 15x monthly profit, so 20x at certain markets would be golden haha

Are they paying without an issue OP? I am now working with OGads and CPAgrip. Do you recommend using them as well to split the earnings?

Yea, they used to pay me weekly $2k-$5k back in 2015. I dont know if they are paying, but according to @RushingWind , adworkmedia is paying.
Cpalead used to pay me 2k-5k weekly back in 2015 but i dont know if they keep paying nowadays, man.

So I just joined Amazon Affiliates/Associates and I hope I can get paid to my payoneer account. Or should I get a transferwise account?
Also, I will now focus on looking at the competition and coming up with a plan on keywords, what I should do etc etc.
At first, I will focus on building a very strong internal linking (silo) and rank solely on semantic relevance. After that, pushing the site to the top of serps will require external links, which will be done on a silo level to push them even higher. I have done this, and silos WORK! It's a matter on how to build them and rank is a lot easier.
Heck, check this site. Siloed WITHOUT backlinks, ranked and had around 4k unique visitors daily! WITHOUT BACKLINKS!!!
Backlinks should be a BOOST to help you reach the top. But, sometimes, backlinks are not even needed as the site ranks on the silos alone. Like, with silos, you could get a site to #30-#50 in serps in competitive markets and then use strong pbn links to push it to the first page. Funny I didn't use backlinks on that site above so it could have been higher, but oh well. The site took like 4-6 months without backlinks to rank. I also have like a 5-page blog that is also ranking #1 for 1-4 keywords and has been doing so for like 5 years now and has no backlinks. Funny that the competition for that site has backlinks but it keeps #1.
In regards to content, I see it is expensive, so I will write it myself. I believe if I can write 2-3 1.5k words articles daily, I can make and save lots of money down the road. Nothing will happen of 3-4 months of daily massive writing. And as I have lots of time AND ranking in serps TAKES time, writing articles is a critical step.
Ok guys, so next update I will come up with a plan after checking the competition and searching what others are selling. And maybe, I will also check other affiliate sites other than amazon. People trust amazon, so even if I find higher paying affiliate programs, amazon could pay higher due to higher conversion rate. Also, I will have to read about the guidelines of an amazon site in order to get paid and not get banned.

Amazon does pay via Payoneer. The downside you have wait for 60 days for Amazon to pay you.UPDATE!!!

Ok, guys! So I finally started working on a very specific niche and getting tons of ideas by checking out the competition. For what I've been seeing, it's that the sites are not really formatted as silos and still ranking, which leads me to believe that they are ranking due to the "authority of the root domain".
I see a few siloed sites, which of course are ranking along with these "authority sites with no silo", and that makes me happy! Even though these silos are smallish, they seem to compete with these big "authority" sites, which is obviously a great thing.
Also, I'm seeing that lots of these sites ranking have very similar link structure, which could be because the sites are from the same owner, or because they try to mimic the competition. LOL!
There are PLENTY of opportunities for me to outrank them. Also, as I'm not looking, at least right now, on dominating this niche, I will only focus on build, rank this site to later sell it for 6 figures. Depending on how it goes, I might decide to conquer this niche and maybe sell it for 7 figures, but we will see. It all depends on conversions, how profitable it really is, how much traffic I can drive and a lot more things.
Right now, I'm working on getting tons of keywords and I will make a plan once I have plenty of them. Right now I'm at 1k keywords, which lots of them are longtails which will be a lot easier to rank.
Then after having the keywords and building my silos, I will focus on completing the silos and getting them indexed. Once indexed, I will then focus on backlinks and outrank my competition. It will probably take me 1-2 months to complete the silos, then another 3 months on link building and probably by the end of the year rank greatly and bank.
Also, yesterday I bought two domains that were heavily relevant to my niche. Unfortunately, one of them was spammed, which I didn't see!!! I rushed to buy it before seeing those spammy links lol! Guess it can be used for tier 2 pbn as it still has some good links, not all of them lol.
