Sure, it was a lot of luck, but hey, getting lucky once in a while is a part of business
So, Part 2 is about reaching $100,000 USD again!!!
In the past, I've done it several times, but because of spending on stupid bs, I have to start again.
Now, obv the money is gone, but I have $10k and my knowledge AND my persistence to get the job done again!
So, how will I reach the $100k?
Well, All I need is to sell a profitable site for $100k. This site doesn't have to be big by any means, but it has to be consistent in monthly profit.
This will probably take me a year or so, so the goal is to get the site to around $4k-$5k in monthly profit, which to be honest, is relatively easy as I already know the industry and how everything works.
The site is in the finance industry, so a very competitive market, but with the right knowledge one can make it work
It will probably take me around 3-5 months to reach around $4k-$6k in revenue and prob around 5-7 months to reach $8k-$9k in revenue with around $5k or so in profit.
I think that if I can make this site bigger, I might wait and try to sell it at a higher amount, but that is if I can manage to increase the monthly profit substantially.
Anyway, guys, stay tuned as this will get very interesting down the road!
