basing on our cases here, we are getting about 80% pages back for our customers by appealing.

yes. if you can't get any page back, you can just omit it and create a new page instead.

You should not rush to many posts but should spread them evenly, the best thing is the ratio of 5 main posts to 1 like sentence. Anything taken advantage of too much will not be good.
