    Try www.submitmysoft.com it works well for the price. They have a pad manager program that is free to create the pad file for submission of your software.

    The robosoft free trial gets you 30 days which is more than enough time to submit to hundreds of sites, and it's full version. It's extremely fast and highly recommended.

    PAD = Portable Application Description.

    Pretty sure these guys are just using robosoft and charging a fee. They charge $100+ for a a single pad submission to "1100" sites, and robosoft only costs $99 for unlimited use. I looked into a while back but then just decided to do the submissions myself.
