OVH or buyvm etc for my website

Hi all , honesty I don't trust anything google said about their metric to evaluate websites , specially when it comes to site speed and web-hosting ,
in short I'm bit obsessed about my site speed and TTFB m in fact in past I tried multiple hosting companies , ~ 4 Yrs ago I moved to VPS host leaving shared host for good ,
My mistake was buying host from cheap provider (very cheap actually ) some of them offer 12/Y for NAT VPS , I come into conclusion those host aren't that much different from shared host , they throttle your site / network speed in inexpedience time + you are sharing resource with (maybe) hundreds of other user and some of them abusing the server and the network .
My budget still tight since (my sites still have 0 incoming ) ,
So now I have to offers (I pick'em up from my huger bookmark )
OVH for 3.3$ month and buyvm from 2$/month , the last one they said we have fair resource share (CPU and network ) , btw my budget max range is 5$

Looks like I'll pickup hetzner I don't have too much to spend but I take my chances with them , I hope my site ranking will improved with them .

Ovh has terrible support.Good move going with hetzner.

Hetzner didn't verified my account yet (not good start ) , and for OVH I never ask for support for any server I pickup , all I care about is having my resource CP & network not being throttled or cheated on any kind I read a lot of good reviews about OVH networks that's why I list them first , but their price range is almost out my budget .

I had a dedicated server from OVH and I was very pleased with the pricing and uptime. I host my websites on a VPS from Digital Ocean and Kimsufi both are great.
A simple google search will provide you with a code where you'll receive $20 free credit in your Digital Ocean account.

Very easy to scale when your websites grow.

20$ month fro me are useless I need stable host for my site for ~6 months at least .+ they required me to add extra 5$ to get these 20$ so forgot about it .

Only the worst experience with OVH. Support is REALLY terrible and slow, also you have to wait for a few days to get a verified account. In my opinion, there are way better alternatives like DigitalOcean or DreamHost and their prices are pretty good.

No NAT anymore they are very very bad for SEO , so inception big no , Vultr out of budget .

Hetzner verified my account now , and test result are good I reach 120ms TTFB test on webpagetest.org (the test location from Europe )
BTW I'm using most optimized way on nginx using FastCGI cache (mounted on RAM disk folder ) since the server have 2GB RAM .
I install php 7.4 and it's works well with Wordpress , even I didn't need PHP that much since everything are cached .
