I'm talking about things like scheduling activities, researching new restaurants in my area, finding new movies for date nights, writing down my grocery lists, researching ideas i may come up with (I work in the music industry, so finding new music, new trends, etc is important)

What the OP seem to be looking for is a personal assistant (or maybe a virtual assistant) or something similar to that. Like the ones the celebrities have to plan stuff (like movies, scheduling, etc.).

Outsourcing is awesome.. I do it every day.. However to work 4 hours a week is just plain unrealistic if you want to achieve anything in life.

I agree with SexyMonk, everyone outsource nowaday

. But doing just 4h/week is just ridiculous. Even myself, I will find my life boring just having fun and not able to do some IM.
