Outreach strategy and am i doing this right?

Hey guys,

So I was wondering what tools and strategies you guys use to do guest blogging? A simple step by step would help me alot.

It's hard to find blogs that are completely relevant, let's say for example a local lawyer website. How specific does the blog need to be in which your doing a guest post on?

Also, in regards to the tools, is there any way to make the process more efficient, whether it be managing the outreach or building an outreach list?

We don't use any kind of tools for outreaching blogs . Just use Google to find real guest blog sites. and then sort out list of sites depends upon its quality. Then start emailing to the site admin or contributors to get approved for publishing..
At the first time you may not get any response for your mail. Don't worry about that, try other sites there are lot in Google.

Yup, you are right. Some niche are really difficult to find & get approved. Some can be done easily. One more thing sometimes you need to pay huge amount for harder niches..

Google or use Scrapebox to google. We also use Linkbird from time to time.
