Hi All,

A Rep management gig landed in my lap 2 weeks ago. A guy's name and his company trashed mercilessly by his former sales manager no less.

I must say the sales manager seems to know a bit - lots of interlinked posts and web 2.0.

Anyway to cut a long story short, even in the 2 weeks we've been at it, we've made lots of headway.

But one this looms large - a complaints board thread with over 30 posts.

I've always seen forum posts rank higher than the some total of their bakclinks, posts or keyword count.

I fancy Google give prominence to anything consumer centred and of course Complaints Board is an authority site.

So the question is - any tips for bumping the Complaints Board thread.

So far we're halfway to creating another site - with my guys name but in an entirely different industry, thinking of starting a huge forum thread around this new fictitious guy on another forum

What you guys think? Worth a shot?
