OPSEC issues - please help

So basically I just needed to know a couple things. I understand that when you clear cookies, cache and history etc and change IP with socks you are like a new person browsing which is the goal. However, it has also crossed my mind that there is DEVICE ID and Javascript fingerprinting. To get around that i tend to just use different virtual machines on my PC and socks. However i wanted to know how I can get around that kind of fingerprinting on mobile devices (without rooting) i have tried rooting multiple phones and it just ends up bricking them. So preferably without any type of root. I use socksdroid to connect to proxies, but also have not yet found a reliable source for mobile 4G socks for my carding. If anyone could help me out with this and advise me it would be much appreciated. Thanks
