OpenCart Developer/ Designer needed for hire

We are looking for an opencart developer who can add/modify modules, change design and page layouts and any other opencart related programming. We have 2 online stores, both with opencart and we are looking to grow them substantially with your help.
Someone with a bit of a design background would be great, we are looking to create a theme also.
