I have a question: the only details on withdrawal on OF blog is an article from March 15th, 2019, I don't know if it's up to date.

In it they mention Paxum only for "Creators from other countries", but for European creators (and UK, Canada & Australia) they mention "e-wallet" and not Paxum. For USA they only mention Bank transfer (ACH).

Does that mean that Paxum is not available to Europe and UK, Canada & Australia and only available to "Other countries"? And that there's some e-wallets that are not Paxum available for Europe?

As far as I know Paxum is available for OF withdrawals in almost every country including Europe, Canada and etc. But can't be 100% sure

Would you say that having 2 Paxum accounts (one for the model, one for you) is still the way to go nowadays, or is there a better way to get paid (without having to chase the model for payments)?
 
question, how do you get OF girls to consistently deliver content on time?
I'm working with a few, and its extremely hard to get them to send new photoshoots, videos etc, I end up often having to recycle old material because they 'forgot' or 'weren't feeling up to it'.
 
So I'd love to shed some light on this question as it could help others secure some bread. Talent management agencies (onlyfans agencies included) typically have two types of payments:
  1. A fixed monthly retainer
  2. A fixed percentage
We offer the fixed monthly retainer to the models with little potential (less than $2k/pm, add a percentage to accompany it). Typically, the ones with potential get a lower rate on retainer, if not none.

With that said, there are some things you should consider:
  1. Whether you can charge the retainer or not (name plays a critical role here)
  2. How to get paid (we do this every month and ask creators to provide us with video proof of earnings and a cheque that includes their retainer and the agreed percentage of income).
  3. For percentage, we calculate it based on the gross revenue of the model rather than their profits. You can decide to do it the other way around, but it's what we've been doing for a while, and it seems to work perfectly with no complications.
  4. Everything must be on paper, and both parties must sign it. Don't go overboard with it. Under many circumstances, this is a normal talent management deal.
Finally, make sure not to expose your marketing methods. This way, the model cannot easily switch agencies and transfer knowledge and always sign an NDA contract before doing anything.

For the 2nd point, I'm not sure I understand correctly, but if I do it means you let the model withdraw her earnings directly to her bank account, and only after that she sends you your percentage (by cheque I believe you said).

If that's the case aren't you worried about models not paying you, or having to chase them for payments, or delays, etc.?

I've always heard that agencies withdraw the money to their own account and only after pay the models to avoid those kinds of problems.

There is always a risk of delayed payment or non-payment; however, this is the risk that our agency has accepted, and I'm not saying that all models paid us. Some took the money and ran away. But try not to focus on them. As with any post-paid subscription-based business, that's the churn rate.

As soon as they send their video proof, we'll issue an invoice with a due date (~15 days after the video proof). If they haven't sent a cheque by the due date, we'll stop providing our services.

An additional question I have, you mentioned video proof of the models' earnings. Does that mean that you don't have access to their OF accounts?

If that's the case it probably means that you only handle marketing outside of OF, because otherwise you'd see the earnings directly in their accounts and wouldn't require a video proof.

It varies tbh. We personally don't like to have access to their OF accounts; however, depending on the requirements, we might need that as well. For the video proof, we ask for a live refresh on their mobile phone recorded using another phone (no screen recordings).

I get it, thanks for your answer!

I'm not sure I fully understand your monthly retainer, but what I understand is that a lower earnings model gets paid a fixed amount that would be lower than the percentage you give to higher earnings models.
