Onlyfans Profit Sharing Methods?

Hi im in the process of starting an Onlyfans management agency the main thing I am stuck on is how payments can be distributed. Onlyfans won't verify me to even see the process behind setting up a bank account because I don't have a public social media profile with my face of it on the internet. Can anyone give me insight on a couple questions I have.

• What online banking platforms are accepted
• Does the models name have to be attached to the bank account
• What can I do to protect myself from the model changing withdraw information or locking me out of her account.

I plan on hiring an experienced freelancer for writing the modeling contract. Would that be enough to protect me from her not allowing me access to her account/bank.

I don’t think they accommodate for this type of venture yet at this moment.

Onlyfans itself is sharing their profit with the content creator

as in regards to your question, I believe the best way is to have a binding contract with every single model. This is something definitely worth going over with the lawyer though

Yes, the bank accounts need to be in the content creators names or you will come up with issues in the future with getting flagged on withdrawals. Transferwise should work.

For Paxum, the name doesn't have to match the bank
If you have access to the email, you can decrease the chance of that happening. The model would have to message onlyfans direcrly from the account, and you'll receive an email if they try changing anything. They would need access to the email to change the password or email on file. I'd recommend signing a contract with the model. Id recommend you don't give the model access to the email on file. limit any bullshit by always withdrawing when you hit the $20 minimum.

If you have a personal IG, Twitter, etc - you could just make your own account

I'm starting a webcam modeling studio, but i got requests to only do onlyfans , real problem is the person doesn't really want to be out in other mainstream socials (tiktok, instagram) , also i'd love to learn more about contracts ...

The way i see it, we provide a service, so i don't see reasons to block someone from doing something, meaning i would be fine for the model to get her money from OF , after that she will have to pay us as agency, if she doesn't pay us , we will stop providing any kind of service .

But i understand that might be an issue if the model will start thinking she doesn't need us anymore.

Create her a Paxum account. Connect it to OF. Then either withdraw from paxum to her bank account or create a paxum for yourself as well. And then basically transfer form one account to another
