as in regards to your question, I believe the best way is to have a binding contract with every single model. This is something definitely worth going over with the lawyer though

If you have access to the email, you can decrease the chance of that happening. The model would have to message onlyfans direcrly from the account, and you'll receive an email if they try changing anything. They would need access to the email to change the password or email on file. I'd recommend signing a contract with the model. Id recommend you don't give the model access to the email on file. limit any bullshit by always withdrawing when you hit the $20 minimum.

If you have a personal IG, Twitter, etc - you could just make your own account

The way i see it, we provide a service, so i don't see reasons to block someone from doing something, meaning i would be fine for the model to get her money from OF , after that she will have to pay us as agency, if she doesn't pay us , we will stop providing any kind of service .

But i understand that might be an issue if the model will start thinking she doesn't need us anymore.

So yeah, totally interested in a discussion group about contracts and not only

So how do I start a new account for her (verified by her) and withdraw money into an Australian (where I live) bank account that is under my name?

Create her a Paxum account. Connect it to OF. Then either withdraw from paxum to her bank account or create a paxum for yourself as well. And then basically transfer form one account to another
