If you're trying to get into OFM there's 2 ways to get a model imo.
1. buy one off a trusted marketplace
pros: No outreach needed; you'll get a refund if she ghosts you for no reason; everything organized well and they're ready to start pretty quick
cons: She'll probably have some expectations; you might have to buy and refund 3-4 models until you find one that actually wants to work for you
2. IG outreach through fake backup accounts
Create a "backup" account of a OF model with 500k-1m followers
Make it look kinda real, buy some followers, upload some posts
Reach out to girls from 3rd world countries like Argentina
You'll find them for example in the followings of night clubs in those countries
Always start with a random, girly conversation opener like "Where'd you get that top from" and move on to asking them if they've thought about starting OF
If they did, tell them you can hook them up with your agency

first of all, you don't know who are you talking to. maybe they don't have experience at all, maybe their experience was bad or maybe that page is already is managed by another agency and the owner trolling you.
secondly, it's time-consuming. you have to find profiles (those that you think fit you the best), then craft a personal message based on her IG page or maybe even after looking at her OF page.
let the Meta do the work for you. setup up a campaign and get model's leads for $2-3 or maybe even less if you are skilled in this. yes, i'm talking about tier1 countries.

If you plan on using Instagram, you have to keep in mind that they have the 1 message rule. That being said, I suggest you like some posts and leave a comment under the models profile. Make sure the comment is unique each time, otherwise it will get flagged. You should be fine.
